Date: Saturday, April 9, 2011 Time:10:00 a.m. We will be posting photos the two weeks before the auction as we load from the house. "This house has more in it than I have ever seen before in all of my years in business and I knew this couple" There will be three sessions of the Eden Auction and maybe more. We will sell items as we move them from the homeplace to our gallery. Your guess is just about as good as mine what will be in each specific auction. There is a lot of "FooFoo", but also a room in the basement stacked to the ceiling with local antiques that once belonged to the past generations, over 10 crates of costume jewelry and better jewelry, primitives, lunch boxes. I dont know if three auctions will do it. It's the wildest things I have ever seen. Just the contents of the garage and loft might be a later sale. This is a very large estate that will include a very large collection of jewelry, glass and pottery, French Furniture, Rare lighting, Paintings, china and crystal, and much more. It will take us about three or four auctions to get all of this sold. The home is about 4000 square feet and you cannot walk in the home. The basement and the garage are piled high of all catagories of antiques in various condition. There are boxes in the bsement that have been packed away a lifetime. There are some very fine items in the home and there are also a lot of just stuff. This estate will be moved to our building to be sold. Keep your eyes on this site. Cash or check 10% BP.
