1. All items in this auction are sold as is where is under the U.C.C. of the United States of America. At the fall of the gavel the title will pass form seller to buyer.

2. We have lined up shippers for your convenience. They are listed on our website www.auctionauction.com.

3. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied for any item in this auction. There are plenty of items to buy in this world. If you are unsure about an item do not bid on it. You have the right to inspect any item in this auction and preview times have been advertised. You may request a condition report and measurements on any lot in this auction by addressing an email to our office the

4. All lots are subject to a 15% buyer’s premium for in-house buyers ,absentee and phone bidders . Cash or check only from these bidders . in-house bidders must have a bank letter of credit addressed to Art Deco L.A. for a check to be accepted if not known by us.
